Indonesia has been great so far.  It’s a little of what I expected and I a lot of what I hadn’t. We spent the last two days overcoming jetlag and enjoying Denpasar, and between the cultural introductions, surf lessons (I even managed to ride a wave of two) and a paper making tour the experience has been amazing.  Tomorrow we depart for
